Jason Khalipa (@jasonkhalipa) is an entrepreneur, dad, author, Crossfit Games champion and all-around remarkable human. He is incredibly generous with his wisdom and energy and has channelled much of what he knows into his forthcoming book, AMRAP Mentality. (If you’re unfamiliar with the term AMRAP, it means as many rounds or as many reps as possible in fitness training.)
